We are an AI agency. We set up AI assistants for businesses: when a customer fills out a business's form, the assistant calls them, answers their questions and books an appointment. This policy explains what we collect through this website and how we use it.

When you book a call, we collect the details you enter in the booking form (such as your name, email, and answers to our questions) to prepare for and follow up on that call. Our hosting and scheduling providers also record standard technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages visited.
How we use it
We use your information to hold and follow up on the call you booked, to tell you about our related services, to answer your questions and to improve our website. With your consent, we may call or text you, including with automated technology or an AI-generated voice.
Calls and texts
Calls may be recorded and transcribed to provide and improve the service. Consent to calls and texts is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. You can withdraw consent at any time by replying STOP to a text message or by emailing us at hello@outlnkai.com.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run our business (for example hosting, automation, calling and email tools), under obligations to keep it confidential, or when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep booking information for as long as needed to follow up with you and run our business, and delete it when it is no longer needed or when you ask us to.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to stop contacting you, by emailing hello@outlnkai.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
